Thermi-Coil insulated coils are suitable for refrigerant and hydronic applications and can accommodate a wide range of airflows. They address the needs of building professionals with rigorous indoor air quality standards, coupled with easy maintenance for sustainability. All of our quality coil products are available to be installed inside our rugged coil section.
Benefits of a Coil Section:
Casing isolates condensation from direct contact with the air stream for improved air quality.
Insulation is not exposed to the direct airstream ensure fiberglass does not enter the airstream.
Dual sloped drain pan for adequate removal of condensate.
Coil is removable from the insulated coil section for easy maintenance.
Coil Configurations –
• Chilled Water and DX Coils – 1 to 12 rows
• Hot Water Coils – 1 to 12 rows
• Steam Coils – 1 to 2 rows
• Condenser Coils – 1 to 12 rows
• Booster Coils – 1 to 12 rows
Certification – Acceptable coils are to have ARI Standard 410 certification and bear the ARI symbol. Non-certified coils or coils outside ARI’s rating range will be considered if the manufacturer is a current member of the ARI air-cooling and air-heating coils certification program and the coils have been rated in accordance with ARI Standard 410.
Acceptable coils are to be Intertek Recognized Components, and are eligible to bear the ETL Listed Mark.
